How do your products fit?

Our t-shirts are a fitted, athletic cut. If you prefer a looser, more relaxed fit, we recommend choosing the next size up. Our sizing specifications may vary based on style trends and/or manufacturing changes.

Can I return products if they don't fit?

Yes. If you'd like to return your products, please send us an email and we'll get back to you with information on our return address. Item(s) must be unworn and unwashed. We will process the refund once the product is received.

Will my shirts shrink?

We print on a variety of blanks depending on the style. The majority of our tees are a 60/40 blend cotton and polyester and will not shrink. 100% cotton products will always shrink if dried which is why we recommend hang drying those products. 

How long will it take me to receive my order?

Orders with standard shipping will usually ship within 2-3 business days. Please note that orders placed during a sale or promotion may take longer to process. Our warehouse is usually closed on weekends and major holidays.

Do we ship internationally?

Yes. Unfortunately the costs are pretty high, so the shipping fees are more expensive than our standard domestic shipping, but we would love to see Madisonian go global. International customers are responsible for any additional duties, fees and taxes that result from foreign customs offices.
